Packy and Shagbag founded Controlled Vandalism Inc. (“CVI”) in 1979, along with since-embarked UK-Bound Fump “The Hammer” Wagner. “Our focus back then,” explains Packy, “was to destroy condemned houses the old-fashioned way; with a sledge and a crowbar.” They never did it for commercial profit; they did it for the sheer enjoyment of raising dust clouds.
“Twenty One years later, my hammer is way to huge to be flailing around, especially at my age,” offers Shagbag. Packy agrees; he himself developed tennis elbow 7 years ago from over-handling his hammer. Hence, together, they formulated and are banking on VirtualHammer.com. With a $100 TRS-80 PC, an earphone and a “virtual hammer” interfaced within the COM1 port, a user can “virtually” destroy a structure without getting his hammer dirty. They have a patent pending, and have created a working prototype. The patent collectively took them 48 minutes to produce, and spans 1 page, double-spaced.
Packy thinks they’re on to a winner. “VirtualHammer.com could significantly reduce vandalism within the inner cities of America,” he proclaims.
Mr. Good and Mr. Wagner bring much, diverse business experience to the table. Mr. Good pioneered the concept of printing and lithographs. “Nobody believed me, now look, there are newspapers in driveways every morning,” offers Packy.Mr. Wagner developed the world’s first Hotel/Motel. Says Wagner, “The concept was novel back then; renting rooms with full bathrooms for $25, $50 even $100 per night. It was a great idea then, it still works now.”
Good and Wagner believe it will take close to $800.00 to bring VirtualHammer.com to the marketplace. Due to the April setback in the Nasdaq Market, Good and Wagner are both crabby, in bad moods and are currently cash-poor. They’re luring prospective investors, strategic partners, or will consider issuing 80000 shares at $ .01 each in an effort to raise the capital.
Prospective investors should contact VirtualHammer.com at http://go.to.busternet, or better yet, send cash directly to Richmond VA. Thank You in advance.
