For years, it was rhetorically asked, "What did Shank Want?"  After dating at least a half-dozen girls named Debbie, Shank moved on to Ellen (pictured above) in the early to mid '80s.  This is what he wanted, back then.

When asked about his years with Ellen, Shank replied, "It's the exact same effect as swallowing your tongue."
